All items sold by hustle. are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production process. Because each item is custom printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund for confirmed manufacturing or shipping errors at no additional cost to you.

Please review our sizing charts carefully before ordering, as we're unable to offer exchanges for sizing issues once an order has been placed and production has begun.
